IPCE measurement equipment is used for measuring action spectra or incident photon-to-current efficiency of solar cell, especially for Dye sensitized solar cell with active area of less than 1 cm2.

Photocurrent-voltage (I-V) Curve Analyzer (PECK2400-N2)

Description:

Photocurrent- voltage (IV) Curve Analyzer supports controlling Keithley.2400 source meter, which is connected to a Windows PC by RS-232C cable. The analyzer is used to measuring current-voltage characteristics. I-V curve analyzer is suitable for characterization of Si Solar Cells, Dye Sensitized Solar Cells and Organic Solar Cells.

Standard Si Cell for Light Intensity Calibration (PEC-SI Series):

Description:

The standard silicon cell is a photo diode having a similar spectral sensitivity distribution of typical dye sensitized solar cell. It only used for measurement of short circuit current, it does not measures I-V curves. Please avoid using Standard Si Cell under high temperature, high humidity and strong light.
