Description:

In Li-ion battery production Compact Tape Casting Film Coater with Dryer, Vacuum chuck & Adjustable Film Applicator is designed for electrode coating in the laboratory. It was mostly used for cathode & anode coating in Li-ion battery. It is portable and flexible equipment for Li-ion battery electrode coating in laboratory.

Machine includes Vacuum chuck, Oilless vacuum pump, Micrometer adjustable film applicator, pushing bar, cover heater etc. Vacuum chuck holds the substrate sheet during coating using vacuum pump, Micrometer adjustable film applicator is used for coating the anode/cathode material, Heating cover is used for dry the film after coating.
