BTS4000 5V series for cells

Neware BTS4000 5V series battery tester ranges from 1mA up to 3000A, you can use it to test coin cells, pouch cells, cylinder(18650, 26650, 27710, etc) and even paralleled battery modules and packs. For all the BTS4000 testers lower or equal to 30W(5V6A or 10V3A), the accuracy is 0.05%FS. And for all the BTS4000 testers higher than 30W, the accuracy is 0.1%FS.

Pressure Controlled & Airtight Split Coin Cell

This is a solid-state split-able coin cell set with a PEEK (Optional Silicon Nitride, Si3N4, for heating) sleeve with optional inner diameters (ID) of 10mm, 20mm, and 30mm and outer diameters of 40mm continued temperature up to 300°C. The split cell can be placed in a lab press with pressure up to 150 MPa. It is designed to research the effect of pressure on solid-state battery performance, and it can also be used for easy coin cell assembling without any screw and crimping tools.

Structure and materials
1. The insulation mold is composed of a 10mm internal diameter pressing rod, a pressing piece, a gasket, a mold bottom, and the sleeve is made of silicon nitride.
