A]  Disc Cutter

1] Compact Disc Cutter

Description:

This machine is a compact disc cutter with a quality sliding rail with a ball bearing for precision cutting. It can be easily placed into a glove box with a transition chamber diameter larger than 230mm. This tool is manually operated and is designed for cutting round discs from a thin metal sheet/foil (< 0.5 mm) or separator film (<30um). The resulting discs can be used as electrode/separator discs of a split test cell and a coin cell.

Application Note

If you are going to make CR2016, CR2025 and CR2032 coin cell batteries, you need at least three dies: 16mm, 19mm and 20mm.

For a 2450 coin cell, a 20mm die can be used for cutting the electrode disc, and a 24mm die can be used for either

B] Crimping the Coin Cell

1] Compact Hydraulic Crimping Machine for Coin Cell

Description:

The equipment mainly drives the hydraulic pump with a hand rocker rod, puts the battery into the mold, drives the hand rocker rod, automatically closes the upper and lower dies, and forms the battery seal.

Different moulds can also be used in dry powder pressing, wet powder pressing, nickel foam pressing, pressing forming, riveting and so on. This is an ideal tool for operations in a glove box.

2] Disassembling Machine for Coin Cell

Description:

In Li-ion battery research disassembling machine is used to disassemble the coin cells after crimping. The Disassembling machine is suitable for disassembling various types of coin cells, such as CR2016, CR2025, and CR2032, without destroying the internal materials of the coin cell in order to study the materials inside.

In addition, customers can easily replace the original die for crimping purposes by only replacing the disassembling die with a crimping die. This is an ideal tool for operations in a glove box.

3] Electronic Crimping Machine for Coin Cell

Description:

This is an Electric Crimping Machine suitable for crimping various types of button cells,
such as CR2032, CR2025 and CR2016. In addition, the user can easily replace the original die
for disassembling purposes. This machine is controlled from the front panel for easy operation in the glove box.

In addition, customers can easily replace the original die for disassembling purposes by only replacing the crimping die with a disassembling die.
